How It Works
We’ll work with you to build the right solution and manage time frames for delivery. These tools are intuitive yet very customizeable. We’ll map out your business process and see where the tools can improve or eliminate steps. These are usually found where information has to change hands or go from one system to the next. We can avoid those in the future and create a more efficient environment. We can also take a staged approach where we focus on the granular aspects of your processes and tools instead of proceeding with a larger, broad based transformation. More complex environments will want to take the second approach as a first step and then move on with continuous improvement from there.
Some companies will not have many systems, if any, for this type of functionality. If you do not already have a domain name, we’ll do that and configure your DNS. We can even setup an excellent email service and document repository at this time as well. These are foundational to building the rest of the application stack.
As we identify the key processes we’ll determine what the success criteria is for each component and engage with you regularly as we proceed to make sure our configuration and development is staying on course with your goals. For smaller implementations, this will take a few quick iterations. For larger projects we’ll have regular formal updates every two weeks to demo progress and receive feedback.
We’ll provide you with a pre-production site which you can test, review, ask questions and provide feed back. We’ll use this site to do any test migrations of your data as well as work the kinks out of any integrations.
When we’re ready to go live we’ll deploy your site on to our cloud hosting service. We monitor and stay in touch over the coming weeks to make sure everything is going as expected.
