How It Works
When you purchase our Small Business Cloud Services, the first step is talking with us about the tools your organization uses and how they go about their daily business. We’ll need to know of any pain points or process improvements you may have in mind. If you are just starting out, we’ll talk about what kinds of tools you need.
If you do not already have a domain name, we’ll do that and configure your DNS and then setup an excellent email service and document repository at this time as well. We’ll work together to plan what your end state looks like. which applications you will move or replace or just keep where they are at.
If you need to migrate servers to the cloud or set up resilient file shares to safe guard your critical data we’ll begin at this stage of the project. We’ll run in parallel so we can iterate through the details and make sure every thing is acceptable. We’ll both need to be very engaged at this stage to ensure everything progresses on schedule.
When we’re ready to go live we’ll cut everything over and you’ll begin on your new cloud platform. We monitor and stay in touch over the coming weeks to make sure everything is going as expected.
